These are great machines and service and communication is excellent.
i need to keep these stocked from now on. had a nonextrusion fail on both of my machines and ran through everything to solve it. pegged it to bad hotends and placed my order.
extruding like theyre brand new just in time for production. AMAZING
It doesn't work at all the screen starts going all over like someone is pushing buttons how do we send it back is there a phone number to call
The LCD screen is either not plugged in securely (most likely) or is bad. I can send you another screeen.
