i need to keep these stocked from now on. had a nonextrusion fail on both of my machines and ran through everything to solve it. pegged it to bad hotends and placed my order.

It doesn't work at all the screen starts going all over like someone is pushing buttons how do we send it back is there a phone number to call
The LCD screen is either not plugged in securely (most likely) or is bad. I can send you another screeen.

Looks great has a lot going for it but shifts on the X and Y axis making printing impossible because it drifts to one side been trying to get ahold of someone for days but no one wants to answer the phone 1/10 don't recommend..... Save your money
Yes we kept missing your call. That is on us. I sent you a replacement machine minus the extruder. This should fix the problem. I will follow up after you receive it.
