Thanks for having it on hand. Mingda basically took my money and ran. Their website said it was in stock but it never shipped and they don't answer emails apparently. The part works great. It did the first print without any hiccups. Thanks again.
Ordered some printer parts and USPS lost them during shipment. The replay GL Robotics got another shipment to me quickly. Fantastic service.
This was my second Mingda printer purchase, the first was before I found GL Robotics. They are based in my state so it just made sense to purchase locally. This little printer is super capable and has produced flaw-free prints even for a total beginner. If you're eyeing a Mingda, go ahead and grab it. I've not had to reach out with any issues but I've seen the posts on FB and GL Robotics offers support at a variety of levels to help troubleshoot issues.
