I ordered a Mingda hot end. When it arrived one of the wires to the tiny connector was broken off at the connector. I sent an email, no response. Customer feedback is my last avenue it seems.

Too big I does not fit any door in my house. I took a saw to it and modified it to fit. Would have been a lot better if it had had a bungee attached to it to connect to the hedge
Mr. Graydon, This product is designed for Hotels and offices with larger fire proof doors. These are the markets we are focused on with this product and didn't realize the general public would find these in a search. Based on your email address we thought you were using it at the office. They will not fit on household doors. I will update our description to emphasize their purpose. I apologize you had to modify them to fit.
I have bought a max2 printer from GL, and I started to have what I now know a firmware issues. but didn't know that then via email I sent videos and called they were so supportive and will teach this old dog and take it slow, so I understand. they have customer for life for every aspect of their business I love you guys keep up the great work.

Needed a new hot end for magician max as the old one was extremely clogged up and hardend. Worked like a charm.
