Need help

We’ve had it for about a month, and the instructions were not in English - so we’ve been guessing. Would love some direction to how we can find a user manual, tips and tricks, really any info.
He uses the thingaverse website. Some files work, some don’t. We don’t know why. Would love insight and training on the product. Thanks!

It quit working

It doesn't work at all the screen starts going all over like someone is pushing buttons how do we send it back is there a phone number to call

The LCD screen is either not plugged in securely (most likely) or is bad. I can send you another screeen.
