I would love to share on my mingda parts I ordered but they haven’t been delivered yet there lost in usps surprise surprise. I emailed And got reply yeah we’ve had this issue with usps before and trying to find out about shipment is near impossible.
Having trouble with printer, seeked help from GL Robotics and no answer. Requested support from Mingda and no answer. Further research revealed my printer is out of warranty well over a year. With what I have spent so far, should have been able to own a better printer with an actual support and a warranty that should have taken care of my problem.
I'm sorry you are having trouble. I don't have a missed call or message from you. Please give us a call 334-258-1551. Your printer is not out of warranty with us. The E1 minitemp error is related to the nozzle temperature. Check the connections for the wiring.
I keep getting a probing error and will not auto level right out of the box.
Please feel free to give us a call if you need help. A probing error means something is loose. A loose connection or the assmbley screws are not tight. Make sure the gantry cross bar is tight and check the belts. Also check the extruder nozzle for movement.
