Per our conversation, UPS returned the printer to me with a note the street number on the order was incorrect. I will issue a refund per your request since we have the product back.
I purchased a large 3d printer that arrived a little bent. I spoke to Greg about it and a week later a new machine arrived. That's how good customer service works. Now i'll buy everything i can from him. Thanks Greg and GLRobotics
