I just Oder this extruder and it arrived with filament already stuck in it and filament all over the gears despite the fact that I haven’t even put my own filament in it yet or printed anything. I try several times to move it but loading won’t work at all.

Sorry about that. We test some of the extruder assemblies before we ship them.
