I purchased a large 3d printer that arrived a little bent. I spoke to Greg about it and a week later a new machine arrived. That's how good customer service works. Now i'll buy everything i can from him. Thanks Greg and GLRobotics
Quality parts quick response shipping sucked but go service
Having trouble with printer, seeked help from GL Robotics and no answer. Requested support from Mingda and no answer. Further research revealed my printer is out of warranty well over a year. With what I have spent so far, should have been able to own a better printer with an actual support and a warranty that should have taken care of my problem.
I'm sorry you are having trouble. I don't have a missed call or message from you. Please give us a call 334-258-1551. Your printer is not out of warranty with us. The E1 minitemp error is related to the nozzle temperature. Check the connections for the wiring.
