Having trouble with printer, seeked help from GL Robotics and no answer. Requested support from Mingda and no answer. Further research revealed my printer is out of warranty well over a year. With what I have spent so far, should have been able to own a better printer with an actual support and a warranty that should have taken care of my problem.
I keep getting a probing error and will not auto level right out of the box.
Please feel free to give us a call if you need help. A probing error means something is loose. A loose connection or the assmbley screws are not tight. Make sure the gantry cross bar is tight and check the belts. Also check the extruder nozzle for movement.
I have no idea how it is because I still haven’t received the product yet. This is probably more on the US Postal Service but you asked me for a review seven days after purchase and I haven’t received the product
