Awesome printer!

Just bought this printer, this thing is amazing, I printed a CPT America helmet for my son in 6 hours at a .15 height and my Ender3 S1 pro running klipper would have taken 17 hours. the print quality awesome and even better no bed screws to adjust. Build plate adhesion on point and over all a 5-star experience with this printer. side note It is quite tall so if you are short my want to find a low ikea lack table to put it on but other than that no downsides so far!

It is not working

I received it 4 days ago. I tried to use it and received an error message so I being trying to request support but so far I'm still waiting for and answer of what to do.

You were correct. We received the printer back and had to reconfigure the software. It works now. I will refund your money.
