My order arrived fast and even included EXTRA parts. He helped me figure out what part I needed for my Mingda printer and sent some parts I mentioned needing. I'll be sending money for the parts and definitely ordering again. Also, you can count on one hand the businesses that carry authentic Mingda parts-- so remember these guys because they deserve yout businesses
Had to replace the cable after a short. The new cable works fine.
